awwww , That the title of homework that I most like!!! My favourite food is RAMEN!!!!! I love it so much and it's a good time that we will know about recipe of this food ;P .
1st step : start from pork neck bones , place it in the large mixing bowl and pour a cold water to cover them. soak a pork in the water for hour.
2nd step : wash a pot quickly and place all clean pork bones , along with ginger , garlic , leek , kombu , chicken powder and water.
3rd step : boiling for 3 hours , and add the 2 lb of pork belly into the pot for 1.25 hours. Meanwhile make a tare , combine all ingredient of tare in sauce pan , bring it to high heat keep it for 5 hours. remove heat and cold.
4th step : When the pork is done cooking, turn off the heat and remove the portion pork pieces from the pot and drizzle 4 Tablespoons of the tare evenly over the pork to give color. Cover and let it cool in a refrigerator.
5th step : slice a cooled pork into thin piece , bring enough water to boil , bring 2 cup of ramen to the boil pot , , and cook the ramen noodles in the same time. pour 1/4 cup into 1/3 of tare.
When the noodles are ready , put it into the bowl and arrange the bowl in whatever you want, anddddd serve!!!!!! wow it's hard too much and take a long time to do it!My favourite recipe Screen%20Shot%202018-04-05%20at%207.24.52%20PM-L
