Difference between general truth and fact + example

General truth is thing that can change if it have a better reason to explain to that General truth
but fact it can't change because it the real truth that someone proved it already example: the sun rise up in the east we can't tell that sun rise up in the west because the sun rise up in the east is fact that someone proved it already that the sun rise up in the east so it doesn't same as general truth.
example for general truth: in past someone said the Earth is flat,but it have someone said the Earth is circle and have a reason that better and proved it that the Earth is circle and that General truth have been change.
