Difference between ghost and demon

I think ghost is the soul of dead person or animal can be appear to the living.Ghosts are what we can not see. May be seen as a good and bad. Ghosts can appear in many forms, including light, sound, temperature, touch. I think it is a form of energy in the human body. So, in my opinion is ghost do not exist, can not be tangible.
The demon is a living thing or a life. The shape of the strange that we have seen or may be the same. It has a supernatural ability. It is more violent than ghosts, which are both bad and good.

Tangible is about mistakes, cannot be used with ghosts, then.
